Check your balances on the go with a simple swipe from the app icon. Quickly sign-in using touch ID or your password for specific account information. It's always something. Like other people have stated sometimes it just doesn't work. Now after the latest update for 1: can't see what is on hold (when the app works) 2: now I can't get into the app at all. Says my username or password is wrong, yet I can go to the website and type the same thing and it works. Had my fingerprint set up, that doesn't work. Nothing works. Gonna stick to using the website I suppose.

The Eglin Federal Credit Union app had been efficient and worked well for several months but lately I receive an error message indicating it is unavailable. I retry multiple times throughout the day and unfortunately it has been hit or miss. Will attempt to reinstall and hopefully that will correct it. Update: new app downloaded and installed. So far it seems to have a lot more functionality. Will continue to use it and will update my rating in the future. Looks like a big improvement!

Good App..... When you can login... Right now everytime I try to login. I get a message saying "Unable to update". The only way I can login, is to uninstall and reinstall the App. That's a one time deal, then I have to repeat the process. The other issue is that "Maintenance Updates" run at very inconvenient times. Maybe a 2 am would be a better time than random times during the day. Other than that it's a good App.
