No liking it too. I also have the problem, that I get logged out a lot & have to enter email address, then magic pin. It then doesn't default to my current employer, but suggesting my previous employer. I have to confirm my time in or out with a picture, which saves to my phone. Every week, I delete 10 selfies, if not more when clock in/out for breaks. In the last couple of days, when wanting to clock in, the app offers the clock out from the previous day, but I have clocked out the day before.

This app takes a while to load, then goes to a useless bloatware screen trying to sell me stuff (slimey pawn broker style 'get your pay early for a fee' stuff) then after a few more clicks, I can clock in to work. It has no user control to turn off useless stuff like entering a security pin or biometric log ins. I will say that I did have had a great experience with the support crew. When advertising appeared IN THE WORK ROSTER(!), there was such an outcry they actually removed it. Extra star!

Ads? Really? In my work app? Look, I use this app because I need to for work. STOP sending me ads as notifications. There's no option to disable it without disabling all notifications either, so if choose that I might miss out on work notifications. It's an otherwise ok app. Bloated, has far more "features" than it needs, but it's ok. A true 3 star. But ads bring it way down.
