Very bad and slow when i try to login but this didn’t work

In this app, the monthly package price can only be paid through bKash, but as far as I know, a 5-digit OTP code is asked for when making any payment online, but why is a verification code being asked here? Is this an app that hacks bKash accounts?

app ui and ux are so bad...wanted to include some faults but ss can't be included... app claims that they provide free resources but it doesn't..also you can't log out or disable the account which is concerning...
