Doesn't show up in the app list to grab a .csv file? Wow very paid premium app with missing very basic features

After a short time spent to learn the details of this app, I can say that it is useful, easy to use, accurate in reading test sheets and also flexible to sheet grading! I also liked the cloud link that offers, but I was expecting more features editing a sheet using the website. One issue found is that it does not support languages other than English. Although it allows to enter text in any language during editing, when generating the sheet as png/pdf, the text is unreadable.

If a question is left blank on the OMR sheet, there should be a function to deduct marks for it. Secondly, if a candidate does not wish to attempt a question, there should be a final option reserved for "unanswered questions." Both of these options are very important based on the competitive examinations conducted in various states. These two options should be available to the user as selectable features while creating the OMR sheet in the evalbee app.
