About this app

Tips
• IntruderCheck keeps the most recent 10 unlock events. There is no such limitation if you upgrade to PRO mode.
• The latest Android platform requires IntruderCheck to show a notification on the status bar. You can hide it so IntruderCheck is completely running in background.
• Monitoring failed password attempts requires IntruderCheck to be a device administrator; it may fail to capture image if face unlock is enabled.
• If the camera unavailable (either it is in use by other apps or locked by Android system) when the phone is unlocked, the event will still be recorded with a timestamp.

IntruderCheck is a free and ad-free tool that helps you check if there is any intruder who gets access to your device without your consent.

When the service is enabled, IntruderCheck takes a photo using the front camera once your device is unlocked. Images taken are hidden from photo gallery and file managers. The application can also be secured by passcode so that only you can manage and view the images of intruders.

To enable monitoring
1. Launch IntruderCheck
2. Grant permission for camera usage
3. Turn on "Monitor Unlock Events" or "Monitor Failed Password Attempts" as desired

To check intruder images
1. Launch IntruderCheck
2. Tap on "Captured Intruders" to view all records
3. Timestamp of each record is shown under the picture

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to help localize IntruderCheck to your language. :>

I didn't even realize that the app was also taking my pic, and logging my app usage, and the amount of time I was on my phone each time I logged on. It would be a nice option to be able to choose if you wanted your logins noted, too. This unnecessary information is taking up memory space that Is valuable, and then my time and energy to delete them all the time. It's not a deal breaker at all, just more stuff to do...

Love this app! Easy to use and does exactly what I needed. Takes a pic and tells what they looked at and for how long. Have love this app for years. One thing to remember though, if you use facial recognition to unlock your phone, it may keep this from capturing pictures of who used/tried to use the phone Edit: now takes maybe 3 pictures in 5 days. Is frustrating.

How convenient, the second I buy the premium version, the app goes to hell. It will not save the pictures. Keeps saying error with a yellow !. The password will not save, keeps having me remake one. What's the point in that when all an intruder had to do is make a new pin then delete the picture of them getting into my phone. I mean not like the pictures are saving anyway. This is the first app I've ever actually paid for the upgraded version and this is the result. Fix app or refund me!
