I purchased a digital & print version of Family Tree Magazine. I can ONLY access it on my phone--it's not conducive to reading a magazine!! When I contact them to access the magazine, they tell me "For access to the website, you will need to purchase VIP access"!!!! I PURCHASED the magazine already! I just want to access it on my computer. But 3 different ways I asked, I was given the above response. It is pure fraud! I cannot access that which I purchased, without purchasing something else!!!

This app is terrible. It will not let me log in with the address associated with my account. Yankee Publishing's customer service is awful. I contacted their main office and was routed to someone in the Philippines who could not update my information or help me in any way. Technical support simply tells me to download the mobile app and sign in, yeah, my problem is the mobile app does not function correctly. I strongly discourage anyone from buying a digital subscription to this publication.

Crappie.... I pay for access to all three methods and it won't let me set up an account or sign in. How ridiculous to have so many hurdles to jump over just to see your magazine online that I just paid for. I am so frustrated with being told how it's my fault that I can't sign up and sign in. Get it?
