The app used to be amazing! I had no trouble whatsoever when it came to depositing checks and whatnot. In one of the updates, the check deposit changed to some sort of "take the photo for you" and it makes it impossible to deposit checks! I've deleted the app and re-downloaded it, made sure it was up to date, and even used a BLACK background to deposit my check. It seems that it can't read the information because its a work check, not a personal one. Very upset with the app now!

I've never been able to get off the live chat that pops up when you load in bad when I was at the local branch yesterday someone else was having the same issue. Bank teller seemed to have a practiced response: "call tech support". There's a 15-20 person line each time I call. Something is up. Hopefully someone is working on it and it will be fixed soon.

My Family Trust app is very convenient for me. I am disabled and do not drive most of the time. Therefore Banking online is my most-used option. Family Trust gives me financial news, options to transfer, options to make payments online, options for loan payments, options for Investments, and much more. I have been banking with Family Trust for approximately 30 years this was a wonderful addition for me.
