This app is the worst to ever enter the Kenyan market. Offers very cheap and unfriendedly prices to drivers. Mostly uses wrong and short routes to calculate it's fares, without minding whether the roads offered are passable or not or traffic issues. It's prices are locked no matter the route you take, not considering the reason for using an alternative route. Customer service is the worst, after calling for a complain they never act on it and they never call back to follow up on issues raised.

The app is good, only problem is that requests are few but also the ones we get just take seconds before they disappear 😔 before U even tap the screen to accept.... The 3 star is for the user friendliness of the app, very easy to use

My issue has been addressed by reviewers before me. This app has had issues when receiving orders for last 5 days or so. A request comes with sound alert but does not pop up over other apps in order to accept or pass. I called the hot line and was told it might be phone issue but I don't think so because other Captains have the same issue. Kindly try fixing this up so that we don't miss on orders. This will benefit the other ride hailing ups.
