Ratings and reviews

I like Farcaster. It's a great idea. I would like to make more time for it one day! I enjoy the app so far and have had no problems with anything. To some of these complainers, maybe just a little more self-education, skill acquisition, some personal growth work, and maybe even some better equipment or an update may solve things. Cookies, cache, that sort of thing.

Signing in on PC using mobile scan isn't working anymore. The links gotten from the QR no longer direct to Farcaster app for sign in confirmation instead it asks to install the app whereas I already have it installed. Why not add the scan directly on the app instead of requiring 3rd party apps like camera and a browser?

Used to be fun, but the platform is clearly struggling to retain users and falling back on dark design patterns to harvest user attention, probably from a dwindling user base of real people. Most posts are bots and spam. Not fun anymore, not useful, and the constant notifications and attempted money grabs make this a terrible app, even for people interested in crypto.
