It used to work until the update (from Blue to DuoxMe). My fermax has the warning of low signal, but it was the same with the old version and was working. For some reason, it works okay with my girlfriend's phone. EDIT: "Concierge" mode was enabled on the main account. After disabling this option, it works again 😊

Since recent updates at the device, it keeps looking for WiFi in a loop, gets stable for a couple of minutes and loses signal again. I'm not able to answer with the phone because most of time I get the notification the person/delivery/postman is already gone. It's not a WiFi issue as I have a Vacuum Robot just right there, docked, under this dwelling device and it works just great. By the way this used to work just fine before. It is using 2.4Ghz signal according to router client list by signal.

Hola, necesitamos comprobar si al monitor le llega la señal de 2,4GHz y que no haya ninguna incidencia (puedes estar usando la de 5GHz para el robot aspirador y con el móvil). Does not work with Fermax Duox Plus Veo Wifi. "Sees" my 2.4GHz wireless network but then errors out with 900 without explanation. Update: firmware update resolved wifi problems. Super annoying that it rings on my bluetooth headset and phone speaker at same time in library. Also pressing volume down does NOT mute the call like normal calls. No way to mute an incoming call when you are in the meeting. Bad UX. Random errors if 2 users try to answer the same call from 2 different phones at once
