It was ok. Not as good as the previous Fire Maple games which I loved. If you haven't played those skip this one and go play those. This one felt light on puzzles and just felt like I was running errands the whole time and trying to remember where a certain door or item was located. I also had issues getting the mailbox puzzle to work and had to YouTube it. It still made no sense even after I got it open. Hoping the next Fire Maple game is more like the previous ones.

Best of the latest entries! I was not impressed by Curse of the Cobra or Thickety Creek, but this feels much more polished and a great return to form. I liked the ending as well. There were a few puzzles I didn't click on because I couldn't see them clearly from the primary location, but I only needed a hint about five times. Also I don't mind the AI art—it's much better than the art from Cobra and Creek. Crookhaven is definitely my favorite since The Lost City!

The good, fun puzzles, beautiful scenes, great story. Decent play time could of been longer for the price. I have played other games that were twice as long. The bad, sometimes you don't know what to do next, especially if you quit and come back later to play, no bots or objectives. The traveling all over Back n forth was irritating, no quick jump. No labels on map places by the time I finished the game I started to figure out where all the places were. Won't be purchasing anymore games now.
