The App For.B.a.r. it was designed and created for the management of customer technical assistance requests, to monitor the progress of the interventions until the complete resolution of the problem encountered and the consequent closure of the ticket.
The App For.B.a.r. is intended to be used both by customers and by the staff of For.B.a.r. S.r.l.
Here are the functions provided for customers:
• possibility to open a request for technical assistance (ticket) by attaching photos, images and / or videos, voice recording;
• visibility of closed and open tickets;
• list of equipment in charge of For.B.a.r. S.r.l. for technical assistance.
The App For.B.a.r. for the technical staff it provides:
• visibility of all the interventions assigned and those open and not yet assigned to the technical staff;
• possibility of having the customer card with: customer data, installed equipment, history of interventions for equipment;
• closing the intervention with the client's signature and sending the document to the latter via email or whatsapp;
