Prescription is not uploaded. Past appointments are not visible and no billing invoices are available even if the payment is done through the app. If you have an app make things centralised. Update: Issue is unresolved. You can book appointments and tests online but cannot access bills and reports. What a waste!

Paid reviews bumping the rating to 4.5 for a half heartedly baked app. Constant payment issues for last 6 months, where you try to pay n the screen shows failure. Wrong patient details which the user cannot edit, send them emails and they still won't do anything. No electronic prescriptions get uploaded onto the system. Dunno what kind of IT head is leading Fortis. Pity on you guys 🤧

Pathetic app and site, one cannot even update his or her profile through this app. Whenever I try to update my profile, the app shows an error (oops. Something went wrong, please try again). Also, the app shows the price of a few health packages 0, and you cannot even apply for discount coupons in this app. I think here is everything you have to do manually by visiting a hospital. Even if you make the developer of this app aware of this situation, the person does nothing.
