Ratings and reviews

I made a booking that crashed after paying. However, the trailer was still booked for my exact time slot. It was also visible in my history with a booking reference number. When i drove to pick it up, it no longer showed in my app and was gone from my history. The support told me that "these things happen" and told me to "reinstall the app and wait 10 minutes". The support also said that "they are aware of the problem, but there is no fix available", basically saying tough luck.

Bug NOT FIXED! On the contrary ,now even more bugs! Can't check out not even with invoice.Sais I'm not 18 ( over 60!) and not a resident ( here 35 years!) . At checkout the "amount to pay" shows 0.00 .And when bank ID is clicked it sais "signing already active for another transaction"....HACKED?

Worst company ever I booked a trailer between 7 in the morning and 11 at night and i paid for it so i can pick it up whenever i can and then the reservation got cancelled and i got fine for double what i paid for not picking it up within an hour. Shall never do business with them ever and i don't recommend them to anyone.
