It's called Crazy Eights, and it actually plays that game, not UNO (as some other apps named "Crazy Eights" do). But one can add action cards and change their point values, reshuffle the discard pile when the stock runs out or have players pass without drawing, limit the number of cards drawn when unable to play, change the number of cards dealt to start, or use multiple decks. I enjoy playing by the old-time Hoyle rules. Best of all, there are ads only after each complete game, not hand.
