It's perfect when u come to products variety and availability.. The delivery guys are amazing but the shoppers every single time have mistakes and calling them explaining the matter and returning the product waiting for the replacement all of this extra process is inconvineint and could be avoided.. I love this app and I need it but I can't give more chances for more mistakes I hope u improve tht side asap

Thank God for Baqala! Very amazed by their professional approach .. starting from the user friendliness of the app to the smile on the delivery person's face!! Good selection of items, timely delivery , and great customer service. Never thought grocery shopping could be this fun! Keep up the good work!! 😊

App is good but my last order had some unexpected quality of things!!! I had in my list 12crayons pack but I received it only with 10 pieces in which 3 were broken ☹️.. Also few items I didn't get and no way they could tell me as it is not available!! I was not charged for those items.. I wish u could add rating each order seperatly and to inform the customer in case of an item is unavailable.. Thank u
