Super glitchy. Need to regularly clear my app cache otherwise the app keeps centering the map in the Seattle area (I live in the SF Bay area) OR shows "no cars available" (note: there are totally cars available). Gig card doesn't work when I'm out of reception either, so don't really get the point of it. Many of the cars have been driven to hell and back and multiple have had burned out turn signal bulbs that don't turn off.

I use this app for random errands that require a car. It's good for short trips, but outside of that, I couldn't imagine being reliant on thism the app constantly freezes, the reporting car conditions is not helpful, and now, I can't even get the app the load when I sign in. The "blue zone" sometimes shows up, but it's a dark blue instead of the light. Then, the car list doesn't load, and I'm blocked from actually being able to make a reservation! WTAF?

Useless app keeps returning "internal server error" and not allowing me to log in, even through the "recover password" route. The poor connectivity of the vehicles makes starting and ending trips a headache. Lots of people park in private garages (how exactly are you supposed to find the car when it could be on any floor? And being on the hook for parking is NOT what I used this app for.) The semi-recent changes to the price structure mean it's actually now cheaper to get a Lyft or Uber.
