Use this only as a last resort, not as your daily transportation. It's slow and clunky, and barely works. Constantly gets stuck on loading screens for minutes at a time. Map randomly turns blue and you can't see anything. Walking time estimates are way off. I frequently have to walk 20+ minutes for cars of says are 5 minutes away. To add insult to injury it requires constant precise location access. The only benefit is it's cheap.

Super glitchy. Need to regularly clear my app cache otherwise the app keeps centering the map in the Seattle area (I live in the SF Bay area) OR shows "no cars available" (note: there are totally cars available). Gig card doesn't work when I'm out of reception either, so don't really get the point of it. Many of the cars have been driven to hell and back and multiple have had burned out turn signal bulbs that don't turn off.

I use this app for random errands that require a car. It's good for short trips, but outside of that, I couldn't imagine being reliant on thism the app constantly freezes, the reporting car conditions is not helpful, and now, I can't even get the app the load when I sign in. The "blue zone" sometimes shows up, but it's a dark blue instead of the light. Then, the car list doesn't load, and I'm blocked from actually being able to make a reservation! WTAF?
