useless, can't get face scan have no option to enter registered ID # stuck at contact resgister office, visited, register in person, but can't update app account.

Very disappointing app. Could not verify my passport, making appointment was impossible as it will not allow after all info entered. Not user friendly.

The latest version 3.6.16 failed terribly! My profile data isn't updated. The worst part is all my lab results, past and present, are all gone!!! I tried reopening the app so many times over many days and still get nothing. I even turned off my phone and turned it back on after 10 mins to no avail. Only thing good is the additional details pop-up at the doctor appt. Please fix the issue asap. เวอร์ชั่น 3.6.16 แย่มากๆๆ ข้อมูลรวนไปหมด ที่สำคัญประวัติการตรวจแล็บไม่ว่าจะเก่าหรือใหม่หายเกลี้ยง
