Very bad experience, I was regular customer of digit insurance but some how reason I could not renew the poly on time and when I tried to doing it renew one inspection of car was sought for . In this connection I had shoot video of the car as directed and uploaded several time bu the insurance authorities rejected on a baseless reason ultimately my insurance was not renewed. This is very complicated system and insurance authorities not cooperated at all. Very bad experience for me

The app is good but the service is terrible. I recommend everyone to take any other insurance but this. The agent assigned was highly unprofessional, did not answer any calls and denied an actual claim for no reason. I had to call customer care, they connected to him and then with them on the line had to talk to him. Even infront of the customer care he was very rude and said if you keep calling for the same thing, I will not answer. This was just the second call, first was his own call.

They are a large fraud. For the past two weeks, my vehicle claim has not been approved, and I believe they are delaying the process for a bribe. I have been contacting the help desk every day for a solution, but still, no action has been taken. The managers are very rude. This is really disappointing. So, think twice before getting this type of policy.
