05/24/25 GET ANOTHER BANK/CREDIT UNION After a recent update the app continually asks for third party permissions.Closing my account TODAY.---The app used to work fine until the last couple of updates. Now it freezes or takes you to the main log in screen for no reason, takes forever after biometric scan to open. Don't know if they hired a new IT person to run the app. If they did,they have no idea what their doing! Whatever the reason, they took a half way decent app and ruined it.

Thought this app would make my life easier. Well, it did until the login page stopped loading. Can't make transfers or check transactions without going to the CU which closes before I get off from work. Closed on the weekends, so that is of no help either.

Should be zero stars but had to give one. This is a garbage app. I have been with GCU for 30 years and have not been able to do a mobile deposit for over 2 months. I have tried on my cell and 2 different tablets - I Pad and Android. Seems like account specific problem but GCU's IT department is clueless. I have had over a dozen contacts with customer support with no results. Maybe posting here will get some results. Would love to know if others have experienced the same
