This reminds of a Facebook setup. Their is no dislike button. We may not always want to give feedback but just say we really don't like something. Youtube has thumbs up and down. Companies that only want positive then does not get the proper feedback and then you don't need a like button.

I can't get logged in on my phone, been in touch with help desk that frankly hasn't been helpfull. Two hours now and no word back, how to get logged in. I'm supprised I got this far with my lap top, but I still can not get logged in to find out how to get to all team meeting today.
