With naturstrom smartcharge, you can charge your electric car throughout Germany at uniform prices - and with our partners even particularly cleanly. Simply download the app, register and specify a payment method. You will always have your charging contract in your pocket when you are on the move.

• simple: thanks to uniform prices, you always know where you are. You will receive the invoice every month by email.
• transparent: You will receive an invoice that is accurate to the kilowatt hour and minute. You can view your loads at any time in your personal login area and in the app.

Once registered, you have the option of concluding a charging contract at the standard rate in the app. All we need for this is a SEPA direct debit mandate from you. If you specified the number of your delivery contract with NaturStromHandel GmbH or NaturStrom XL GmbH when you set up your user account, we will subsequently convert your contract to the special tariff for energy customers. You now have your charging contract on your smartphone and can start charging with the app at any time. Billing takes place monthly with payment by direct debit. The invoice document will be sent to you by email. You can view all invoices in the app and in the login area at www.naturstrom-smartcharge.de. There you will find all the information about your charging processes before billing.
