This app would be over the top for me if it would allow for downloading a specific language to be used without connectivity. When I travel I usually do not pay long distance services, and Wi-Fi is not always available. Otherwise it would be all yes, and 6+++ stars. Nonetheless, this is one of the best apps that I have tried. I have not they, and I'm anxious to try it out abroad.

My original Preview of this product was 4 stars. It had a couple of minor issues. After using the product now for a year they have made a lot of changes most of which are not necessarily for the better. If you are copying a text over to be translated, if it has any emoticons or non-alphanumeric content, it will error out. This did not used to be the case. The usability of this app has greatly diminished I no longer suggest buying the pro version.

the pro version is worse than free!!!! the real issue is it continually stops working with even a half second gap in talking.. VERY annoying... and completely useless for split screen translating if the other person hesitates even for a breath... whoever designed it has rocks in their head ... and it has stupid American womans voice... the free one has a proper English clear voice. bizarre. !!!!
