The Holiday Home Manager (HoHoManager) is a rental and management app for your holiday apartment, holiday home, guest room, BnB, bed and breakfast or small hotel.
You keep track of your bookings. Daily tasks such as the creation of a booking confirmation, a cancellation confirmation or a change confirmation are supported. Communication with guests is made easier and data for registration forms are available.
With the HoHoManager you can manage your apartment, holiday home, holiday apartment or small guest house on your mobile device.
HoHoManager offers support with contract management and calendar management. Keep an eye on your booking calendar. Link external reservation systems via .ics (ical calendar). Edit and manage booking changes and cancellations.

• Define season times for each property

Note: The guest invoice / booking confirmation is made without guarantee for the mathematical and tax correctness and recognition by the tax authorities. You need to check the calculations made and correct them if necessary.
HoHoManager offers various statistics. E.g .:

• List of future guests per room
• Individual financial report (turnover per period)

• Manage reservation data
• Create booking confirmations / change confirmations / cancellation confirmations and send them directly to your guests via the e-mail program on your device
• The HoHoManager calculates the accommodation costs, additional services and additional costs (e.g. visitor's tax) based on the data you have entered.
Miscellaneous:
• Optional insertion of reservation data in the calendar of your device.
• Optionally, add guest data to your device's address book.
