Get your care on the go with the Horizon NJ Health App. The Horizon NJ Health App is intended for use by NJ FamilyCare-Medicaid members enrolled in Horizon NJ Health.
 
With the free Horizon NJ Health App, NJ FamilyCare-Medicaid members can:

• View covered benefits, including medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, dental, vision and more

• View, download or request a new member ID card

• Change your PCP

• Find a doctor, dentist or other health care provider

• View your Care Manager, if you have one

• Find community support and resources available to you

• Get important reminders, such as when you need to renew your coverage
 
NOTE: If you have Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey coverage through your employer or directly, download the Horizon Blue app.

All they did was link the website directly into the app. Find a doctor won't let you narrow results by any specifics, like distance. Still impossible to find answers to simple questions like "where are flu and COVID shots covered". Much like their website, this app is useful only for those new to the plan, but lacks easy answers for anything else. You'll still have to spend 20-30 minutes calling support for answers, because messages sent through "contact us" get no response 5 days later.

Not horrible when it was just NJ health but major roadblocks w/ the Dual/Total Care. My 2 children & I were covered under NJ Health w/out any login issues until mine became Total Care. I realized it may have been a little difficult but still not resolved after a year now. Everytime I've called/chatted, including resetting login info & also deleting/combining the accounts, my account becomes blocked from the number of failed attempts & not able to login using the original login.

They need to add the option of tagging Doctor information so you can save it to favorites and easily access it. Also the app says I need to update it, but I'm not finding anywhere to do that.
