I've had it with this app. It is 3:45 AM and I'm leaving a review for an app because it has been a pain from day one. An update just happened, while I was sleeping, and now, the app apparently stops working as soon as you close the screen or move to a different app. Seriously?!? I can't keep my screen on with the app up ALL NIGHT LONG! This is the last straw. I've had to deal with the list of other issues people have rattled off but this is it. I'm getting rid of this monitor ASAP.

So I was having the same problem as everyone else, it wouldn't load at all. It started gradually here or there, then every day, then it wouldn't load at all. I emailed customer service and never ever heard back their customer service sucks, so I figured, reset it. So I did so, reinstalled my device on the app and it's been working smooth since then, if it starts acting up I'll simply re a etc again, although it will start to be a hassle. edit (ITS BECOME A HASSLE)

Dangerously terrible app. Fails to open most of the time. Fails to stay connected, always has to reload image upon opening and mostly fails to open app with image. When it does open(1/20 times or so), it lags terribly. You're better off buying a 30 dollar camera than this overpriced piece of garbage. Very disappointed that I spent money on this anxiety provoking "camera". Though, it would have to show a picture to be considered a camera, wouldn't it?
