Traditional account: The customer fills out all the required data, then the request is followed up by the bank branches. After that, an appointment is set for the customer to visit the branch to complete the account opening procedures.
Digital account: The customer fills out all the required data, and the request is followed up immediately by the bank branches.
After completing the account creation process, the customer receives a message containing his account number, after which he can log in to the application and use the available features.
This service makes it easier for new customers to open their accounts quickly and easily, whether they prefer the traditional or digital method.”
Second service:
The customer can create his own username and password by clicking on the registration icon located on the main screen of the application. The customer fills in the required data, after which he receives an OTP message (verification code) to ensure that the registration process is carried out by the customer himself, to ensure protection and privacy.
After entering the verification code, the customer creates a username and password, which allows him to access the mobile banking application and use the available services in complete safety.”

In case the password is forgotten, the customer can easily create a new password.
The customer fills in the required data, after which he receives an OTP message (verification code) to ensure that the creation process is carried out by the customer himself, to ensure protection and privacy. After entering the verification code, he can create a new password, which enables him to again access the application and use the services safely.”

The application allows the customer to easily review his personal data.
