The app itself works okay but the widget is useless. It is a bkank screen no matter what I try. I've deleted and re-added the widget. I've deleted and re-download the app itself. I've changed the permissions and then back and still nothing. It is frustrating when something you use EVERYDAY to monitor finances hasn't worked properly in months.

Took too many tries to get the signature picture to work and logged me off due to inactivity, which I thought was equally frustrating as funny. Overall, this app is easy to use and convenient. I gave it four suns because it replaces several ATM features on my phone which saves me a considerable amount of effort. Thanks. **Update - 02/21/2019** The mobile deposit feature works great now 👍👍 and the autologout bug has not been an issue for sometime. They've also added fingerprint security.

Mobile deposit is absolutely terrible - taking pictures of the back of checks doesn't work most of the time, and I have to often spend more than an hour trying to get the app to accept a picture. My circumstances mean that I have to rely on this app - but its complete failure at this simple task has me at my wit's end. I had no problem with my previous bank's app, but ever since Cambridge Savings Bank took it over, I've had nothing but trouble with mobile deposit.
