I've been using this app for a long time for all my mobile banking. It's worked well but the last 6 months to a year the updates have been terrible. Most of the time it won't load the details of an account. And this newest update makes every check held for review and if that happens on a weekend you have no access to that money until someone's in the office on Monday to review your deposit. The newest version of check deposit is awkward and hard to use. This app needs fixing!!!

This app used to be great, but an update a few months ago makes it incredibly difficult to deposit checks. The in-app check detection feature doesn't accurately read check edges, often claims the back and front are "different sizes" so the check can't be deposited, or states there's missing information from the handwritten endorsement on the back (which there isn't) and will not deposit. It can take me upwards of 15 minutes to deposit a check because of all the errors, IF it deposits at all

Great overall app. They continue to improve it, and it is very stable. One thing I'd like to see is when bill payments are scheduled, the day that the payment is processed the item falls off the pending payment list before it is taken out of your balance. Therefore, you lose track of the payment for a while. Just like when a direct deposit shows up as a pending deposit I wish the withdrawals would work the same way. I've seen it once or twice, but not consistently.
