Users can buy single issues and subscriptions using In App Purchase

Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual terms.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Google Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Doesn't work. I was able to follow the instructions on my paper copy to set up the app, signed in and saw the covers of recent titles. However, when I left the app and then tried to get back in, I found myself in an endless loop being asked to sign in (although I had signed in seconds earlier), and not being shown a login page.

Absolute Rubbish app! Was this even tested before release? If tablet is in landscape mode, won't load issues. Will load them in portrait mode and can then read them if switch to landscape mode. However, as soon as you go to Home (or reload the app), all the issues disappear, again. If my coders turned in such a poorly-tested app, I would be severely tempted to go all Elon on them!

The DiscoverTV app was great but no longer works, presumably to get you using this. You have to sign in even to see TV listings, but it just takes you to the website (after trying to get you to subscribe to download a digital copy of the magazine for close to the cover price). Difficult to navigate, you have to scroll a lot, slow loading the listings data and clunky. Absolutely pointless - you might as well just use the website and not have to log in.
