Experience is ok... can't say good because there are a lot of reasons ... they should add promotions like other stores... still unable to order frozen items like butter, puri and paratha of Ponam specially... even can't buy fresh vegetables, fruits and fresh meat... still need to upgrade their app and quantity especially oil ... sometimes it really makes us disappointed ☹️ Complaining for the last 3 years but no improvement

in-app prices are higher than store, quantities allowed are limited and items are restricted. plus, the algorithm is poor (e.g. when searched for salt the 1st search result was "salted popcorn"). it actually pushes you to go to the store in person. very disappointing.

Confirmation code wasn't received even on multiple devices, numbers and accounts. Their call representative said there is no option for make complain for this app issue if it isn't working to you. Faced this issue for 3 days, still management actioned nothing to solve so.
