Doomsday Clock APP provides:
- current time to midnight (due to last update);
- different clock versions;
- timeline (time to midnight from previous years + explanation);
- relaxing and restful design, music;
- your own diary where you can write Doomsday Clock time and description for it.

The Doomsday Clock's original setting in 1947 was seven minutes to midnight. It has been set backward and forward 28 times since then, the smallest-ever number of minutes to midnight being 1 minute 29 seconds (in 2025) and the largest 17 minutes (in 1991).

All changes in future about Doomsday Clock will be counted in this app.

Ratings and reviews

I like this app very much, however, the ads that display are too long before they can be dismissed. Ads do not display only one at a time they display one right after another which just adds time before you can look at the app which is very frustrating and annoying. I'll be uninstalling this app and looking for a more user friendly app in which the ads do not hold my time hostage wasting my time. Fix this issue and I would happily use the app with less wasted time. I understand ads are necessary

The app shows the time they set it to. But the why is a nightmare to find. it's easier to borrow a pc to Google the doomsday clock wiki to find out why it was changed last. The app has a button for "history", but the last update I can read from it was from 2023!

Great app and has been updated for the 2025 89 seconds to midnight update. To contrast any reviews that complain about delays in updates, a click on the developer's information says "Ukraine". Be compassionate and thoughtful for any updates we get on the only app related to the doomsday clock. Thank you for updating the app for 89 seconds. Slava Ukraini.
