Hey look, same exact issues happening now (June 2024) as Sept 2023: playback pauses for no apparent reason, sometimes it restarts, sometimes the app has to be closed and restarted. That's really helpful when trying to drive. Apparently those personnel cuts did not allow them to hire IT staff to fix anything. Check out the Audacy app; same complaints.

(Accurate as of July 2024) One of the worst apps I've ever encountered. Constantly stops streaming for no reason. Has been doing this for years across multiple devices. Serious ongoing streaming issues not addressed in app upgrades. I now associate those Steven Singer ads with failure. Not a smart advertising choice. Devices: Droid, Droid X (x2), S5, S6 Edge+ (x2), S9+, S22 Ultra

I love the Preston and Steve show, listen to the podcasts every day.. Until this week.. What did you do to the app with this new update?! I'm enraged and it sucks!! I can't easily find the older podcasts without searching for several minutes to find them.. The previous version used to piss me off because it would always glitch out on me, then restart the entire podcast causing me to lose the segment I was listening to, which wasn't fixed when you updated the app.. Change it back!!
