Very bad experience. Order booked on 26 Sept 24 and on 13 Oct 24 I have to give you a reminder for the same. I installed this JAR app because I heard about it from Mr Nandan Nilekani on one of the podcasts. My experience has been bad. I can always buy gold from a local store and be assured of what I get. Here you guys have been very bad at your service.

This app is essentially a scam. It requests access to your UPI, and once granted, the company can withdraw money without your consent. Unfortunately, there’s little you can do about it because you’ve already agreed to their terms and conditions. In case of any fraudulent activity, you won’t be able to file a complaint. If you’re doubtful, you can read through their full terms and conditions for a clearer understanding. If this app were truly trustworthy, it would offer a payment option instead

Using this app was like experiencing a scam especially being a student. Never in their advertisement or before linking my acc. for saving, they warned or showed anything about the amount they will be taking from the amount we deposit as GST. Luckily I got to know about it early. They take 3% of you saved amount as tax. Do not use the app.
