recently used the Jooli app to purchase a rudraksha mala. While the app's interface is user-friendly and the product videos were impressive, the actual product quality was very disappointing. The rudraksha mala I received was of much lower quality than what was shown in the video. I hope the app improves its product quality control and ensures that what is advertised is what customers receive. Until then, I can't recommend this app for shopping.

Superb App, really nice and innovative. you can see products in interesting video format and can see the realistic presence of products. you buy them directly from brands website so more authentic. I came to know about lot of interesting and unique products from here. Must try application if you love shopping and watching short videos. They cover from clothing to shoes to handbag to jewelry to cosmetics to personal care to home decor to mobile accessories to foods section (momos) and many more.

It is a scam application. Kindly don't purchase anything from there. I purchased an item , money was debited..but there's no record of that. It has been over a month I purchased it.. haven't received any details of the item yet. Customer care is pathetic too
