I can't speak on securing my privacy, because I had to delete the app very quick. After set up, I needed to check my online bank account and it didn't function at all. It would open, but didn't allow to use any function. Tried to open another one, same thing. Then some other apps started glitching. So I canceled and uninstalled this app, and now keep getting notifications that they can't charge my card. Yeah, because I locked it. Now need to install app again to make another cancelation

I love that the free version still seems to have so much functionality! As you click through it is not always up front which are paid features and which are free during set-up, which does not seem to match the up front transparency of the rest of the companies message, that being said it is easy to figure out and avoid the paid options, just pay attention. Just a suggestion, make these more transparent they are laid features BEFORE we click on them, I think would improve transparency.

This is very interesting to me but one thing Jumbo should do is if they make any sort of configuration changes to Google or Facebook what breaks because of those changes should also be outlined. I opted to have Goggle settings changes knowing what switch it was going to turn off "web app & activity". When this is turned off Google essentially becomes useless. A lot of the core features don't work anymore, my Google home stops work, maps lose home and work location etc 3 stars for this reason

We are working on improving the "signposting" for each settings, where we clearly delineate some of the pros and cons of each setting you can toggle. I hear what you're saying though, and agree.
