Ratings and reviews

Because I left the country, I can no longer access my kakaopay money. It's impossible to verify my identity. Very unethical behavior by Kakao. If there is money involved, they should make the money easy to access. By ignoring non-Korean users, they are essentially stealing our money.

Too difficult for foreigners - an overly complicated verification system. *Edit* your response asks me to "please contact the customer service center for accurate verification" - which I have done. Still nothing. Thanks but no thanks. The verification is still pending. Kakao will never be an international company with this level of poor service.

It's works well before. But suddenly the apps starts acting up. It's asking me to do verification again, which I do. I input my ARC credentials, and then get stuck in the face verification untill it's reach the limit then prohibited me to do verification until 24hours after. I didn't edit my ID card photo, and didn't undergo the plastic surgery either even though I am in south Korea. I already repeat the same process this past few days and still doesn't work. I still have some balance left.
