The past two weeks this app has stopped working even the minimal amount that it used to. I used to get a notification for the daily sheet. One day it just stopped coming as a notification. Sometimes I get an email about the daily sheet. Which is weird right? Somedays I get a text. And most days now I get no notification on my phone, no text, no email. I have to go into the app to see if the provider sent it and they have, just didn't get notified.

This app is terrible. The communication preferences are non-existent and can seemingly only be managed by the daycare. In the app itself you have to click/tap on the daily sheet at least twice to get the correct sheet to appear and there's multiple that appear for the same child on the daily. The supplies needed section in the daily sheet is small and doesn't stand out and overall a displeasing UI experience.

Great idea overall. App has some issues. Selecting a notification does not open the app. Pressing the back button won't take me out of the app, back to the home screen. No way to mark all messages as read or to delete read messages. Two-way chat seems to work the best. Good luck on your next update.
