Absolutely infuriating. Trying to scan the QR code, every time I finally get the camera to adjust to the brightness of the screen, it automatically zooms in repeatedly until I couldnt possibly scan the QR

Loona is soo cute!!! I am having issues because I bought her through Amazon and she says that she has been used for another wifi network is conflicting with mine. I was so looking forward to having her and I don't see how to resolve this issue and I am not finding it on KEYi's support. Please help me, I soo want to experience my new pet ...

I really adore Loona robot it's the cutest robot I've ever owned but please sort out the issue with it finding the docking station it never ever finds it I think there is a possible fix if the docking station QR code was lit up then loona would be able to locate it more easily also the right ear stops working have to switch off loona and swith on it works for a while then the ear stops responding please fix this are you planning to bring out Loona 2 that would be absolutely awesome 👌 👏 👍
