It's getting there. definitely a major step up from not even working previously. Right now it's stuck because I turned off automatic payments. I wanted to turn it back on, but it says "processing your change"or something like that. so I had to manually set up a payment for next month, but now I have to monitor it because I'm concerned something's wrong.

It does what it says and you can pay your bill. The problem is that despite the old apps issues you could add additional principle payments to your monthly payment. Now you can't. I'm not certain if this is by design or not but it feels a bit underhanded. If I want to add an extra $100 to my payment each month I guess I'll have to go back to paper and start writing checks again.

I had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work the first time. It's far better than the old one where you had to verify login two times before you could actually get logged in. Scheduling payments is not as straightforward as it could have been. It is easy to do once you know where you're going. I do miss the amortization schedule where you could throw different amounts of money at the principal and see how much it would knock off your payments over time.
