About this app

The new inbox looks like any native texting app. Since the text is not scaled down anymore, all text is easier to read. There is added functionality to search by name, keyword, or business. Additional search capabilities will continue to evolve over time. There is also the ability to filter the inbox by unread, unanswered, and by campaign.

The message view is easier to read and looks like a native messaging app. There is added functionality to send a photo in the message. From this screen the user can call the contact, assign the conversation, and view or edit the contact details.

The contact list is easier to click on and read from the current app. There is functionality to search the contact list and add a new contact.

Ratings and reviews

Worked great until recently. Within the last week I can't type more than a few sentences before the app starts to lag and freeze. Now my texts don't always go through. Before a few days ago it was fine (could've been easier to navigate, but nothing major). Hopefully this issue is fixed as I use this app daily for work.

No notifications on my Samsung Galaxy when messages received. The app doesn't even exist in my phone settings to control notifications, and the app itself doesn't even have a settings. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as tech support suggested... No help.

Freezing/Lagging, cannot use on mobile phone anymore. This was a decent app, I actually need to use it for work, but lately I can't send 1 text because it freezes up in the middle of typing the text. Please fix this ASAP, as the app is completely useless at this point
