Driver drop me late and goes to pickup another passenger. The driver can drop me first then directly go to pickup another passenger using a more direct route from my stop, but instead they use another route, not dropping me, delaying my drop off time while busy pickup another passenger. And once I rushed to get to the van once the LRT aarrived on station since it said in the van "pickup in 2 min", but then suddenly it said trip complete. I didnt even get on the van but it said trip complete.

I book kumpool but suddenly my booking was missing. And the area for booking is "closed". Before that, the apps show "server busy but don't worry your booking is still there". The heck, I've waited 30 minutes at the side of the road. And then my booking is missing. Pls fix your apps. You apps just wasted my 30 minutes time and fyi I'm quite in emergency situation.

Rubbish in its true sense (you need to experience yourself to understand this issue). Booking is meaningless and vague. App cannot be opened due to users' traffic. Not enough vans available especially during the peak hours. Long waiting hours. It is better to stop this useless and rubbish transportation system.
