- Using the Medela Family Wear OS app is only possible if you have installed the Medela Family app on your smartphone and the smartphone is permanently connected to your watch via Bluetooth. You need to log-in on the Medela Family app on your smartphone to be able to use the Medela Family Wear OS app.
- The Wear OS app is available only after unlocking our VIP pack. The VIP Pack can be unlocked only by connecting a Medela Bluetooth pump.

Ratings and reviews

Difficult to track anything because you can't type in the date and time information. Even if you select save on the date and time after updating it, it won't save. Now all of a sudden I cannot type how much I pumped or how much milk LO drank I have to use the "scroll wheel" which resets as I'm scrolling, super annoying. App has good potential just really outdated. Also Stats should be front and center not articles

I used this with my first baby, and now 6 months into my 2nd. Having a lot of trouble with the app. For a month(+), it constantly kicks me out and takes forever to reload. It will freeze up. It took me 30 minutes to move from main screen to Stats. It won't let me start a current session. I have un-installed and re-installed the app several times. It's up to date, and I have lots of space on my phone. I have tried using it on a tablet as well, and it had the same issue. Very frustrating!

It used to be a great app it worked great I could keep track of my sessions just fine, but lately it's been super glitchy. It takes a really long time to upload. I can't see my previous pumping sessions. I've remove the app and reinstalled it multiple times hopping it would fix it but it's worse. It just keeps loading but won't let me log my sessions. I'm not sure what "updates" were made to the app but it won't work I'm about to load a different app because this one won't work correctly anymore
