So the app is great and all, but as of now, in the app, I cannot set to have push notifications on. The button immediately switches off when I exit the screen and go back in. I've talked to my branch in Moss Bluff and Westlake, they tried to troubleshoot everything but it won't work. Fix your app, because this is dumb.

App is always making me confirm my identity(security questions etc.) and re-setup my app often. Passcode loggin works rarely. No biometrics. After logging in with passcode if you want to do anything on your account activity wise it ask you to log in with your password even after you have already logged in with your passcode. App is just poorly designed and frustrating.

I'm sorry that I had to close my account here but they were the most helpful most respectful people I have ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend them in anything Bank relating.
