I love stopping in at the onalaska, wi location when ever I need money out. The friendly faces and smiles are always so welcoming and makes you feel at home. They are always great at answering any questions i have and if they don't have the answer right then they are great at getting it quickly. Especially enjoy Heidi and seeing her every Friday when I come to get rent money out, she always knows what I need and is ready to help get it done in a timely matter. 100% recommend!

Locks me out at least once a month. Tells me my password does not work, and I need to sign up again by calling the bank.

Like the bank.. but might leave because of this app. Along with the other reviews here, I too experience the no data network available about once a month. When this happens, my fingerprint no longer works along with my password. The only way to get it to work again is to log in through a browser, reset the password.. which is a hassle in itself..re log in on the app, turn the finger print setting off.. then on...log out.. then it works again.. for about a month.. then repeat. Unacceptable.
