From now on, personal accounts of our online banking can directly use the APP to activate the mobile online banking inquiry function. However, if you need to use the mobile online banking transaction function, you still need to go to any of our business units to apply for the relevant transfer mechanism at the counter before you can use it.
Cooperative treasury banks provide the following convenient services. It is recommended that users install the latest operating system version:
1. Provide inquiries about the balance and details of the Bank's Taiwan dollar deposit accounts, transfers between agreed and non-agreed accounts, payment of various utility bills and taxes, loan inquiries and payments, foreign exchange deposit inquiries and transactions, inquiries about the Bank's credit card bills and Payment, VISA financial card bill inquiry, fund inquiry and transaction, intelligent customer service and online number retrieval and other functions.
2.Latest news
Provide the latest news on the Bank's various businesses.
3.Financial information
Provides information on the bank's gold passbook price, foreign currency exchange rates, Taiwan/foreign currency deposit/lending interest rates, coupon/bond interest rates, and wealth management vaults.
4. Online counter
Provides medical services, property and life insurance services, service bases, related online application operations, and insurance appointment services.
Medical services: Provide medical information inquiry and payment functions at cooperative hospitals.
Property and life insurance services: Provide insurance information inquiry and payment functions for cooperative property and casualty insurance companies.
5.Heku APP usage permission instructions:
(1) Location: The service base needs to use this permission.
(2) Camera: This permission is used by Heku E Pay scanning function.
(3) Telephone: This authority is required to make calls to branches and customer service.
(4) Notice: The push service function requires the use of this permission.
(5)Mobile data: This permission is required for network functions.
(6) Storage space: This permission is required to read pictures with the Heku E Pay code scanning function.
(7) Microphone: Provides intelligent voice service AI conversational input function.
(8) Biometrics: This permission is required for quick login/transaction.
(9) Read mobile phone status and identification code: This permission is required for device binding service.
(10) Query all packages: Allows the application to query all application information installed on the device, including application name, version number, package name, etc., to confirm that the user has not installed application software in the blacklist.
(11) Have complete network access rights: Using this service requires sending and receiving data through the Internet.
(12) Check Wi-Fi connection: Used to confirm the current network status of the device.
(13) Receive Internet information: Used to confirm the current network status of the device.
(14) Check network connection: Used to confirm the current network status of the device.
(15) Prevent the phone from entering the standby state: This permission is required for the barcode scanning function
(16) Message push: Allows the use of Google Cloud communication for remote notification.

**When you use this service, some functions will require receiving and accessing sensitive information. It is up to the user to decide whether to provide the information.
Sensitive information includes: ID card number, user ID, password, transfer account number, credit card number, phone number, date of birth, address and email address.
**If you want to turn off some permissions, the Bank will not be able to provide you with complete Heku mobile online banking services. You can set up your own settings to turn off some permissions on your mobile device. The instructions are as follows:
Turn off various permissions in "Settings" → "Application" → "Partner Bank" → "Permission" or "Permissions".
