on providing the mobile number no OTP is received. this error is laying for more than 10 days.not able to login and view our connection details such as bills and bills paid details. The issue is resolved but I have several times uninstalled the application and installed the same. It seems there was a back end error I presume is now resolved by the application authority. thanks.

Worst app. It is next to impossible to log in through this app. Don't understand why certain departments are not able to improve and make their day to day functioning customer friendly even in these modern times , they should learn from players like , reliance, jio, etc to keep their Apps uptodate & customer friendly. Ultimately, administration and management seem lethargic, inefficient, and careless , just holding posts but doing & improving nothing.

unable to send meter reading, when I fill my number the answer come in red line that you check this 4 days before meter reading date.How can I know on which date is fixed for our meter reading.ours is the first time billing,please send your meter reader for the the first reading.we will learn from him how to send meter reading.
