The Yale Smart Living Alarm App gives you control of your Yale Smart Alarm system from your smartphone. App works with Yale Sync Alarms, Yale SR-Smart Home Alarms, EF-KIT3, EF3000i, HSA6600, & Yale Alarm Kit (AU)

Works well. What I would like to see on the Dashboard is the status of the Yale wireless door/window contact devices. We installed the contacts on our doors but I'm disappointed that I cannot view the status of these contacts through this app. If I am not at home, I need to be able to see whether the front door is shut. We have a Yale Assure Door Lock and we can see whether the door is locked or unlocked through this app but we can't determine if the door is actually closed.

This app along with the Yale Sync Smart Home Alarm is as diabolical as an app and systems can be. I've had this alarm system for 2-years and although it has worked in the past, all I see now is "Alarm Hub Offline" in the app. The hub however is showing up on my network and is allocated an IP address. So what on earth is going on. I've powered down and rebooted the router and hub with no effect. I can't even factory reset as I need the hub to be connected the internet. It's very very poor.

The app worked fine for a while after installing. It was simple to install and there were no problems. I would have given it 5 stars. Then it started to log me out, my phone reports the app is constantly crashing and using lots of battery. I decided to check my devices and found my movement sensors were dead- the batteries had run flat, there was no warning given by the system. My door sensors indicate when the battery is running low, so I'd never thought to check them. Really poor.
