Took about a week to slowly coax it to the point of letting me log in. It's a nice reference--when it actually works. It tends to spontaneously forget all my device credentials every week or two, and then repeatedly request emailed access codes. It may eventually work after a half dozen codes. But honestly, it just plain isn't worth the frustration for the little amout of time it actually functions. I'm giving up and just logging in via browser now instead.

This app is trash. Every time I try to log in it sends me to "Change Password" as if I requested to change it. When finish typing in new password the configuration button stays Grey and doesn't acknowledge that I have typed a new password. This app is an atrocious attempt of. making it easy for customers 🤮🤮!!!

Been working with NuMotion for at least 18 yrs(or at least our 'person') this app is awful, Everytime I try to use it as it should be used I have to re-sign in. Our rep is great and I know COVID has changed so much. But the app and site suck. The newmotion power assist is amazing and if it wasn't for our rep she wouldn't have it. Gotta take the negatives with positive
