Ratings and reviews

Careless in inventorying the items in the package. After pandemic the service quality dropped. I had to change the review, too many issues with them. They misplaced my items twice and won't be responsible for the loss. To verify the mistake they did, they want me to pay $7. And if the item is found, i have to pay for the shipping separately. The app too doesn't work properly.

This app is only barely useful, missing critical functions that the website provides. The biggest problem is the backend servers are overloaded or just painfully slow, and not available 24/7.

I would have subscribed to MYUS but the app is so unfunctional that I wouldn't recommend anyone to subscribe to their services. There are alternatives that can provide far better service than this
